This place is a gem! First off gotta mention the great and quick service. The employees were very kind and made sure our food came out fast despite how busy it was. We ordered the fish and chips with hushpuppies, shrimp with hushpuppies, and a chicken sandwich with onion rings. You can definitely tell they change the oil regularly because everything tasted so fresh and perfectly cooked. The fish was light and crispy, and the shrimp were delicious. But the real star was the chicken sandwich it was hands down the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. 100% a must-try spot if you’re in the area!

The team was amazing at serving our large family of 15. We had a variety of different needs and they were so friendly and accommodating. We ordered a few pots, wings, hush puppies, salads and fried green tomatoes which everyone loved! The place isn’t fancy but that’s our style so we were happy. Would definitely return for fabulous service and seafood.

Just had dinner here because my girlfriend was excited for the scallops. They did not disappoint. Everything was amazing! She had the scallop basket fried and I had the fish and chips. We split the fried green tomatoes and were extremely impressed. Their breading for everything is on point. We plan on going back for lunch tomorrow before we leave town.

This is an order at the counter and pay than go to your table and they bring your food to you. They have inside and outside dining. Very nice assortment of appetizers to choose from. I got the fried green tomatoes and hush puppies. Both we hot and very well prepared. We were a party of 5 and ended up doing a steam pot for four. Had plenty of seafood for five. Came with corn and red potatoes with snow crab clusters and scallops and shrimp. Ended up getting a box for leftovers. Seafood was hot and came with drawn butter and cocktail sauce. Employees are very friendly and keep everything very clean. I'm definitely going to come back and dine again. The restrooms were very clean also.

What we liked: • Seafood was fresh and well-cooked • Portions were solid for the price, especially in a tourist-heavy area • Crab legs cracked cleanly and had good flavor • Shrimp and scallops were tender, not rubbery Minor notes: • one order took a very long time to arrive Verdict: For the OBX? Great bang for your buck. Would absolutely go back next trip

Mama Easley’s had wonderful food and even better service! The manager Jacob helped accommodate our special requests and stayed with us while we ordered to ensure it was done correctly- he went the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience. The wait staff were great and very friendly as well. Importantly, the food was fabulous! I had crab legs and steamed veg- soooo great! My companion had the shrimp and crab legs boil and she raved about it too. While a casual atmosphere the service and food were top notch. Highly recommend this restaurant! Thanks Jacob! The only suggestion for them is to Improve their signage. It was a bit difficult at first to find them back in the corner. So glad we did!! Again, can’t say enough about this place- it’s a must for anyone who loves seafood (though they have non- seafood options too)!

Scallops are prepared perfectly, as advertised! Crab cakes were full of crab and kids shrimp were nice and lightly breaded. Sweet potato tots needed something, just not sure.

Food was very good, had the fried clam strips, and fries both were great. They get busy at lunch time so expect a wait, limited on seating. You order at counter and they will bring it to your table. Come here a few times and it has been good each time, I would recommend here! Service is good overall.
